How May I Stay On The Right Road?
- I must count my blessings every day. “When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? –Psalm 8:3-4. Amazingly, God does care for us.
- I must pray every day. Daniel the prophet was so pure that his enemies could find no “fault” in his character except his dedication to pray three times a day – Daniel 6:10.
- I must study the Bible every day. “Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you – 1 Timothy 4:16.
- I must live each day as if it were my last. One day, it will be. Peter exhorted, “Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless” – 2 Peter 3:14.
